TERM , CONDITIONS & RETURNS POLICY

1. Introduction 

By accessing and using the http://Vasimart.lk website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products & Pricing

– All products listed on the website are subject to stock availability.

– We reserve the right to change prices and correct errors at any time without prior notice. Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees.

3. Orders & Payment

– Orders are confirmed only after payment or COD confirmation.

– Cash on Delivery is available for areas in Sri Lanka

– We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

– Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days depending on your location. Delivery charges may apply based on location.

-we delivery 6 day a week,except sundays.

– For customers in Polonnaruwa, Hingurakgoda, and Medirigiriya areas, delivery is free and will be delivered within 24 hours.

– http://Vasimart.lk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural disasters.

5. Returns & Refunds

– Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only.

– Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

– Refunds will be processed within 2 working days after inspection.

– Customized or opened electronic items will not be accepted for return unless they are faulty.

6. Warranty

– Warranty, if any, is provided by the manufacturer. http://Vasimart.lk acts only as a reseller.

– Please check the warranty details on the product page before purchasing.

7. User Conduct 

Misuse of the website, providing false information, or attempting to hack or disrupt our services is prohibited.

8. Privacy 

Your personal data will be used only for order processing and service improvement. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Changes to Terms 

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

Refunds

1. Refunds Are Issued Only In These Cases

– Dead on Arrival / DOA: The item doesn’t work immediately after opening the box.

– The item arrived damaged or the wrong item was received.

– A different item was delivered instead of the one ordered.

2. Time Limit

– You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

– After 48 hours, refunds will not be issued. The item will be sent for warranty service instead.

3. Conditions

– The item must be unused. The seal must not be broken.

– The original bill/invoice must be provided.

– An Unboxing Video recorded immediately upon receiving the item is mandatory. Without a video, the refund request will be rejected.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

– After we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within 2 working days.

– Refunds are made via Bank Transfer or Cash.

– Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Issued

– If the item has been used.

– If the item is damaged due to dropping, water exposure, or misuse by the customer.

– If the issue is due to software settings and the item is otherwise working fine.

6. Exchange

– Instead of a refund, you can exchange for another item of the same value, subject to stock availability.

– The 48-hour time limit also applies to exchanges.

7. Warranty

– All electronics are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

– We will assist with warranty claims, but refunds will not be issued for warranty cases.
